How to claim on a slot for your customer on their behalf?

Sometimes your customer’s aren’t in front of their phone or laptop and for whatever reason they cannot claim a slot. They may contact you directly and ask you to hold a slot for them. Here’s an easy way for you to claim a slot for your customer on their behalf:

• Whenever possible, ask your customer to take the time to claim their own slot. You’re already busy with so many things, so having them do their part makes your life as a card breaker so much easier.

• Login to your account

• Find your listing and click on Manage

• Hide the specific slot you want to hold for them by toggling the Hide Claim Button
