Business Development Manger

 

SLabstat is looking for a Business Development Manager. They will create partnerships with industry leaders such as card manufacturers, vendors existing marketplaces and card retailers (online & retail). Some of the qualities we are looking for include:

  • A passion and dedication to help build a company from scratch. You’ll be a part of the founding team, and we need a strong foundation in Business Development to be successful.

  • A love for sports & collecting

  • A very strong understanding of the card industry.

  • 4-year Bachelor Degree or higher

  • A strong attention to detail. The little things will make or break us.

  • 3+ years of work experience in business development and creating strong partnerships

  • 1+ years of work experience in the card collectible industry

  • The ability to work in a high-paced environment. We’re a start-up and things never go as planned

  • An understanding of technology and how websites and mobile apps work. This will help us deliver the technology needed to win in this growing space.

  • U.S. Citizen or Work Visa to be allowed to work in the United States.

  • Work will be remote for now, but there could be occasional domestic travel as conditions allow.

Customer Service Manager

 

SLabstat is looking for a Customer Service Manager. We are a service-oriented organization that believes in top-notch customer support. The individual we are looking for has either started a Customer Service organization or has deeply been involved in setting-up a Customer Service organizaiton. Some of the qualities we are looking for include:

  • A passion and dedication to help build a company from scratch. You’ll be a part of the founding team, and we need a strong foundation in Business Development to be successful.

  • A love for sports & collecting

  • A very strong understanding of the card industry.

  • A strong attention to detail. The little things will make or break us.

  • 1+ years in a customer service role with the desire to eventually lead a team of customer service individuals

  • You have worked with industry-leading customer service software such as Zendesk and have setup online automations, chat and phone systems.

  • Nice-to-have: Somebody with experience in a follow-the-sun 24/7 customer service model.

  • The ability to work in a high-paced environment. We’re a start-up and things never go as planned

  • The ability to handle multiple customer support tickets with our partners and end-user customers.

  • The ability to communicate and reproduce issues to our technology team.

  • An understanding of technology and how websites and mobile apps work. This will help us deliver the technology needed to win in this growing space.

  • U.S. Citizen or Work Visa to be allowed to work in the United States.

  • Work will be remote for now, but there could be occasional domestic travel as conditions allow.
